Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be $10.20 to $14.20 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification, Traffic Control Signage (TWS) Certification.

Type of Construction: Industrial, commercial and institutional, Water mains, Sidewalks and curbs, Roads and bridges

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Willing to travel regularly

Work Location Information: Various locations

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others, Decision making, Critical thinking, Finding information

Other Information: Hours will vary from week to week. Willing to obtain TCP certification. Overtime paid. Some mileage and travel time paid.
