Food Specialties: Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries, Wedding and specialty cakes, Donuts and muffins

Specific Skills: Prepare doughs and batters, Bake mixed dough and batters, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Inspect kitchen and food service areas

Additional Skills: Maintain records and inventory

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning
