Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Work Setting: Sawmill, Planing mills

Type of Wood Product: Lumber

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Specific Skills: Feed conveyors, hoppers, saws and drying machines, Clean machinery and work areas, Assist other processing workers

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Hand-eye co-ordination

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Continuous learning

Other Information: Continuous standing, bending, climbing, twisting and heavy lifting. CSA approved steel-toed boots are required.
