Terms: This is a seasonal, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have some high school.

Type of Machinery or Equipment: Chain saw, Tractor mower, Sod cutter, Weed trimmer/edger, Backhoe, Tractor, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, Cut grass, Rake/ collect refuse, Remove litter and garbage, Lay sod or seed

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence
