Terms: This is a permanent, full time job Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $9.20 per hour for a 50 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: is an asset.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate.

Experience with Special Needs Children: Person with a mental health disability

Specific Skills: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Shop for food and household supplies, Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Location Information: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Staff accommodation available, Room and board provided, Rural community, Remote location, Willing to relocate

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing

Other Information: Care of elderly persons requiring extensive care, as well as children. Versatility required, and the ability to work with others. Nursing exp.an asset. Room and board $65/wk deducted from wages.
