Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $9.20 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: Comeau’s Bottle Exchange will provide training..

Credentials required: The applicant should have WHMIS Certificate.

Work Setting: Warehouse

Vehicle and Equipment Experience: Pallet lifters, Industrial lift trucks and forklifts

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, Weigh materials and goods, Make labels and attach to goods, Pack and unpack goods, Sort goods, Stack goods, Store cargo and materials, Maintain and organize inventory

Additional Skills: Ship orders, Customer service skills

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Essential Skills: Document use, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning

Other Information: Collecting, sorting, counting and recording the recyclables received from the public. Refunding customers. Keep premises neat & tidy. Loading and unloading trucks, baling corrugated cardboard.

Languages: Other than English, the applicant should speak French.
