Specific Skills: Operate bus to transport passengers, Report delays, mechanical problems and accidents, Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures, Deal with public, Complete logbooks and reports, Deal with difficult passengers and resolve conflicts

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking

Other Information: We are now offering a training program to take a driver from a class 5 to a 2B.
