Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class D or 3), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.

Travel Experience: Local

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Specific Skills: Pick-up and deliver various items and products, Load and unload goods, Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle, Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract), Drug test

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others

Other Information: Candidates selected for interview must pass a pre-employment drug test. Winroc also randomly selects employees each quarter for drug testing due to the safety guidelines established by Winroc.
