Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $25.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Notes: milage paid.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Certification by a provincial or territorial association.

Type of Inspection: Highways, Sewer systems and pipelines

Specific Skills: Examine plans, drawings and site layouts, Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and building codes, Inspect construction of sewer systems and pipelines, Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained

Additional Skills: Provide information to employers, employees and general public

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel, Travel expenses paid by employer

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Work Location Information: Urban area, Rural area

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles, Cellular phone

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
