Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $8.60 per hour for a 8 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: is an asset.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, First Aid Certificate.

Children’s Ages: Newborn, 3-11 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years

Additional Skills: Maintain day care supplies and equipment, Assist in housekeeping duties, Interpersonal skills

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Bending, crouching, kneeling

Work Site Environment: Non-smoking, Air conditioned

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing

Other Information: Child care for children age 8 wks to 12 yrs, enjoy physical activity, energetic, reliable. Early childhood or babysitting course an asset. CPR/1st Aid level C req’d. Shift avail. Mon.-Thur. 9-11am.
