Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be $9.50 to $10.00 per hour for a 35 hour week.

Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex, Office building, Cleaning service company, Commercial building

Specific Skills: Sweep, mop and wash floors, Wax and polish floors, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, Clean and disinfect elevators, Pick up debris and empty trash containers, Wash windows, walls and ceilings

Transportation/Travel Information: Vehicle supplied by employer, Valid driver’s licence

Security and Safety: Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)

Work Location Information: Various locations

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others

Other Information: Hourly rate of pay depending on demonstrated skill and will be discussed at time of application. Carpet and Upholstery cleaning and stripping and waxing of floors also a job requirement.
