Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $37,440.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Notes: commission, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training, completed university.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Plan, direct and monitor activities of sales department, Advise senior management, Conduct site visits, Conduct sales blitzes, Participate in trade shows, Ability to make cold calls, Maintain existing accounts and generate new accounts

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Arrange for training of staff, Conduct performance reviews

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone

Other Information: Deliver on quality sales targets, manage and motivate a team of Direct Sales Reps. Train, hire and terminated sales reps. Must be sales driven and have management experience.
