Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Presentation software, Database software, Project management software, Data analysis software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, Arrange training for staff, Supervise staff, Conduct performance reviews

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Large workload

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
