Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days and evenings.

Salary: will be $11.00 per hour for a 30 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Defensive Driving Course.

Travel Experience: Local

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Pick-up and deliver various items and products, Load and unload goods, Plan travel schedules and routes, Use maps and other trip planning aids, Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle, Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Transportation/Travel Information: Vehicle supplied by employer

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Continuous learning
