Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $11.39 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Food Safe Certificate.

Cook Categories: Third cook, Cook (general)

Work Setting: Hotel

Specific Skills: Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, Work with minimal supervision, Clean kitchen and work areas

Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information
