Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and nights. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $17.91 to $26.25 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Major Work Area: Fitting, Installing

Type of Machinery or Equipment: Pumps, Motors, Hydraulic components

Specific Skills: Move and align subassemblies and components, Install major components

Additional Skills: Read blueprints

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Finding information, Continuous learning

Other Information: Industrial Mechanic, or 1st, 2nd, 3rd class diesel & steam ticket, or Millwright certification.
