Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, WHMIS.

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 5

Workers Supervised: Heavy equipment operators, except crane, Trades helpers, Labourers

Major Work Area: Demolition, Equipment operation, Excavation, Grading

Specific Skills: Supervise workers and projects, Ensure adherence to safety standards

Additional Skills: Prepare production and other reports, Estimate material and labour costs

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Noisy

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less
