Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s licence.

Area of Specialization: Landscape installation, Lawn care, Tree service, Grounds maintenance

Machinery and Equipment: Chain saw, Sod cutter, Pick-up truck

Specific Skills: Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance labourers, Resolve work related problems, Requisition supplies and materials, Maintain performance records, Prepare production reports

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Ability to distinguish between colours, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
