Architectural Specialization: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Public buildings, New construction, Interiors or space planning, Renovation, Restoration and preservation, Site inspections

Architectural Design Skills: Client consultations, Conceptual design, Working drawings preparation, Graphics and drawings presentation, Model building, Photography and audio-visual presentation, Final design preparation

Contracting and Administration Skills: Specification writing, Contract tendering, Contract administration, Cost estimating, Proposal preparation, Financial and budget administration

Project and Personnel Management Skills: Project management, Construction site supervision, Staff recruitment and selection, Supervision of technologists and technicians, Supervision of other architects

Computer Applications: Computer aided drafting, Data storage and retrieval, Data manipulation and analysis, Architectural software programs

Work Samples: Example of completed work

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
