Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment, Internet competency

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales, Determine merchandise and services to be sold, Implement price and credits policies, Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Determine staffing requirements, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented
