Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be enefits per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training, completed college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Specific Skills: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties

Work Setting: Help desk

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, Internet, Applications - desktop

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
