Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be $14.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 48 hour week.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, WHMIS Certificate, Driver’s License (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.

Type of Work Experience: Fine grading and finishing, Landscaping, Sloping and banking, Backfilling, Ditching, Excavating, Rough grading, Stumping, Sub-grade excavating, Trenching

Specific Skills: Operate heavy equipment, Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks, Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, Secure special attachments to equipment, Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment, Perform minor repairs to equipment

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detail

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Various locations
