Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $27,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s License.

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, Plan and control budget and inventory, Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, Develop business plans, Plan public relations activities

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Arrange for training of staff, Supervise staff

Work Site Environment: Non-smoking

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Fast-paced environment

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people

Work Location Information: Urban area
